Livestream Testing
Testing is available to check your stream before the conference. Testing dates will be announced this summer.
Technical Questions
Q: Will support be available?
A: On the days of the event, limited technical support will be available.
Q: What are the computer requirements?
A: A computer that can adequately stream online videos is needed. A minimum 5 MBPS bandwidth is recommended.
Q: Can a wireless connection be used for streaming?
A: Wireless connections can be used but have the potential for drops in bandwidth. With the exception of Apple TV and Roku, we recommend that you use a hard-wired connection if possible.
Q: What connection speed do you recommend?
A: We recommend a minimum of a 5 MBPS for best quality. You may test your connection speed at SpeedTest.net.
Q: Sometimes the stream pauses slightly. What should I do?
A: We recommend that you click the player’s pause button. Wait a moment. Then click the play button again. Usually, this solves the issue. If not you may need to refresh the page.
Q: Can I save the stream for later use?
You will not be able to save the stream. The All-Access Livestream allows you to view the conference through December 31, 2021.
Q: Do I need cookies enabled?
A: Yes, they need to be enabled for the stream to work.
